We offer a variety of services to help you look and feel your best, including injectables, biostimulators, chemical peels and microneedling facials. We also carry medical grade skincare products in our office.  We are comfortably located in Aventura. 

Botulinum Toxin is a neuromodulator that temporarily decreases the ability of the muscle it is injected into to contract. Better known by the brand name as Botox ® , there are actually several different available brands on the market. In our office, we carry Botox ® , Dysport ® ,  Jeuveau ®, and Daxxify ®  .   When we inject this into facial or neck muscles, it decreases the appearance of wrinkles. It is also a great preventative treatment, growing in popularity as “babytox” or “‘microtox”. Beyond its ability to smooth wrinkles, it also shrinks pores and provides a beautiful glow to the skin. During your consultation, we will discuss which toxin brand is better suited for you. We will also feel the muscle for its strength and contractility to create a dosage plan. 

• Upper face: Tox to this area can treat crows feet, “11s” or lines between the eyebrows, and the forehead wrinkles. 
• Chin dimpling: Dimples are cute, but not in the chin! If your chin dimples when you speak or frown, a little touch of tox in this area can help smooth it all out! 
• Masseters: Injecting tox into the masseter muscles which are the strong muscles on each side of the jaw, can significantly reduce TMJ pain, as well as give the face a slimmer look. 
• Platysmal Bands: These are the long bands of muscles that extend from the jaw down the neck. By injecting these we can decrease the pull they have on the jawline, decreasing the appearance of jowling, tightening the jawline, and reducing the “turkey neck” appearance. 
• Hyperhidrosis: By injecting tox into the underarms, we can reduce sweating for up to 6 months. If your deodorant isn‘t cutting it, or you are self conscious about wearing colorful tops, you may want to consider this effective treatment. 
• Lip Flip: If your lip curls in when you smile, or you are not ready for fillers yet, consider this easy treatment to “flip” the top lip and give a super subtle appearance of a larger upper lip. 
• Gummy Smile: If your gums show when you smile, a little tox into a specific muscle group can help conceal the gums! 
• Trap-Tox: Toxin in the trapezius muscle helps relax the bulky shoulder muscle, elongating the neck and improving posture. 

Fillers are hyaluronic acid based gels designed to augment or "fill" areas. This is popularly utilized on the face to make changes or to enhance facial features. Commonly treated areas are as follows:

• Lip Filler: One of the most common areas for filler to be placed is the lips. This is also Yanas specialty! Using filler, we can accentuate the cupids bow, improve the ratio of the top to bottom lip, and hydrate the lips. Our goal at Yanasthetics is to create beautifully shaped lips that retain natural structure. No duck lips here! 
• Cheekbone Contour: Our cheekbones are the pillars in our face. Using filler, we can actual provide that contoured look we all try to achieve with makeup. There are several techniques that Yana is trained in for this which can be discussed during a consultation. 
• Chin Filler: A recessed chin throws off the entire balance of the face. By filling in the chin with filler, it will elongate the face to match normal proportions. 
• Nasolabial Fold Filler: As we age, our nasolabial folds become more prominent. Filling in this area can be tricky, and Yana will assess which technique will allow for the most natural result. 
• Jawline Filler: Filler can be used to contour the jawline, providing a more sculpted, sharper jawline. Generally requires a larger volume of filler for results. 
• Fine Lines: Fine lines around the mouth or in the lower face can also be treated with filler to soften the appearance of lines or wrinkles. 

There are many different filler brands on the market. Most fillers vary in its density, from thin to thick and are utlized in different areas depending on the goal. For example, in the lips we use a soft filler while in the cheekbones we will use a thicker, stronger filler.  At Yanasthetics, we carry the following brands:

• Revanesse Versa®

• Radiesse®

SkinVive® by Juvederm® is a hyaluronic based gel that is injected in microdroplets all over the face. This gel attracts water molecules to the skin layers, which provides hydration from within. The result is beautifully hydrated, glowing, radiant skin. 

This is comparable to the well-known techniques of biorevitalization or mesotherapy, commonly performed in countries all over the world to preserve youthful looking skin. 

The procedure takes just a few minutes to complete, and results will last about 6 months. 

Sculptra is an injectable solution of Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA). This solution stimulates the body to produce collagen in the area where it was injected. As we age, the fat pads in our faces shrink, and our facial bones begin to resorb. This causes the overlying skin to "sag". By injecting Sculptra, we are filling this empty space with collagen to restore the youthful plumpness in our face. Unlike filler, Sculptra leads to a much more natural and less detectable result. 

Sculptra begins to work in about 4-6 weeks after injections. At least 2 sessions are generally recommended for results. This will last about 2+ years. This is a great alternative for people who do not want to have fillers, but wish to rewind the clock and get a youthful glow. 

At Yanasthetics, we offer The Perfect DermaPeel® which is a chemical peel that will help remove the top layer of the skin, resulting in glowing, beautiful skin. Chemical peels are great for reducing fine lines, improving hyperpigmentation, reducing acne and acne scars, reducing pores, and improving overall tone and texture. The procedure is quick in office, and you can expect to begin peeling about 3 days after, for up to 7 days. 

We carry an entire line of skin boosters by Toskani®. Skin boosters are products containing peptides that help enhance your skin integrity, improve tone, texture, and reduce pigmentation, sun damage, and fine lines. These skin boosters are used in conjunction with mesoneedling procedures to give you your best skin yet. 

Also known as collagen induction therapy, microneedling as a safe way to stimulate your collagen production. This helps with skin texture and tone and can be combined with hyaluronic acid or peptide serums to give you that beautiful flawless skin.
